There was broken floor planks in the bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom piece was in literal pieces that they taped back down. My daughter pinched her foot on a piece so we kept it covered with a towel for the duration of our stay. The corner of the bed was broken and sinking in. The batteries in the remotes were dead so we couldn’t watch TV for the first night and half the day until someone showed up and changed the batteries. There was supposed to be a proximity card in the unit to use the pool. Don’t say that in the welcome packet so I called the office and they told me a card should be hanging in the unit. There wasn’t. I was told the office had an extra and that I’d have to drive to their office to get it. I, in a lot more words, told them that was unacceptable, so they told me someone would bring it to me in at least a half hour. I called back to tell them that I would drive to them because it was a 6 min drive and my daughter really wanted to go to the pool and then the offered to bring it to me straight away. Next time ill just stay at a hotel.
