  • A top-floor getaway in the lovely Mustang Run community, this modern condo offers comfort and convenience less than a mile and a half from the slopes. Engulf yourself in the local district and take a short walk to the free city bus to take you where you need to go. Find parks, paths, and trails within walking distance, or explore downtown Steamboat Springs, only about two away.

    Make yourself at home in the light-filled living area, featuring vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a TV with a soundbar. A sofa bed provides flexible accommodations. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with ample granite countertop space, a five-burner range, and a roomy SubZero fridge. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather at the dining table. Or, host a cookout on your scenic private deck, configured with a three-burner gas grill and a dining table.

    Sleep soundly beneath vaulted ceilings in the primary suite, appointed with a TV and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combination. The guest suite also has a TV.

    Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, games, and a washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms provide cooling as needed. Parking is provided for one vehicle in the private garage and for up to two more vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Great location

We were missing sheets for fold out sofa and a coffee canister for coffee maker.

We really liked the location but I think it was a little pricey foe the location and size.

What a nice home away from home!

The city bus was close! The bed & pillows so comfy. Loved the blankets around the living room for curling up to watch a movie or read. Kitchen well supplied for cooking and serving. We will come again!

Great Stay in Steamboat

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of five with three teenagers and need some leg room when traveling. It was nice to have a seating area that is ample, and a kitchen table that seats six. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and had lot of everything like forks, plates, cups etc. (not just 6 of each thing like some rentals have which drives us crazy!). The beds were comfortable! Also, it could not be easier to get to the ski resort as the free city bus is a 4 minute walk from the property and runs every 15 minutes. Our only issue was that when we called Vacasa, the call center must be located outside the US and the phone lines were terrible with a crackling connection, and the accents so heavy we had a very difficult time communicating with the folks answering the phones. But if that is our only complaint we consider this rental a total win!

Great place to stay in Steambo

The condo is on the second story which gives it a bit of a view but it was difficult to lug all up the stairs. The kitchen/living room/dining room is one large room with a vaulted ceiling which gave an open feeling. Lots of windows too which makes it feel even more so. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen. The beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms are en suite and the bathrooms are adequate. My biggest complaint is the deck which is shared with the neighbor in an awkward L shape arrangement; a large shade cloth can be dropped to physically divide them, however, as the neighbor used their deck every night, I felt uncomfortable. I said hello on the first night and he just glared at me. Oh well. We weren't loud or obnoxious so he obviously has a problem with the unit being rented out.

This is a beautiful condo with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the large deck and access to the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Snowboarding trip

First time snowboarding in Colorado. The housing made for a perfect place to unwind, relax and recover so I could stay out all day. Absolutely will stay again

Steamboat Christmas!

We had a great stay in Steamboat over Christmas- the house was clean, well appointed and had a holiday feel. Quite area, and was super to have access to the garage.

Pathetic Experience

- A day after our stay the toilet stopped flushing in the master bathroom. - With it being a long weekend, we didn`t receive any service to fix the toilet flush. Turnkey just washed their responsibility off of the entire incident. No follow-ups either on the second day. Five of us were made to share one toilet. The entire experience was really inconvenient considering the high price to pay for renting the unit.- There was no `Starter Supply` of bath soap or shampoo in the rental unit.- Ethical thing would have been for Turnkey to refund at least half of the price paid towards renting this unit. However, sleeky as it comes, they refunded only 25% of the price paid for this rental.- I would not recommend staying here in a million years. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
