House was great. Lived the hot your and fireplace. Location was excellent. The only drawback was after hours check in. Took and extra 30 minutes. Would have been much nicer to go directly to the house with the code.

Arrival at L1915 was straightforward and simple. Home was all ready for us and had the space we needed. The weather was beautiful and it made enjoying the hot tub on the deck even better. Our car fit in the garage perfectly and our family could relax in the cozy living room after hiking all day.

Great Location & Amenities

My friends and I had a great time at this house! We loved the hot tub, spacious layout, and fantastic location. It was a perfect jumping off point for summer activities like MTB, rock climbing, floating on the Yampa, and heading out for a night on the town.

Great Steamboat Spot

We had a great stay up in Steamboat! The house is in a great location and was well equipped. Close to the mountain and a quick drive to downtown it really can’t get better. We checked in after hours and the security guard was able to help us but it just took extra time and would have been easier to check in with a code at the house. No big deal and was nice to get additional information about the town when we were there! They were even kind enough to retrieve some items we left and ship them to us! Would definitely stay here again!

Great home for skiing and music fest

We loved our stay during the country music fest and skiing. The home was absolutely perfect for our family and dogs. We had everything we needed and the home stayed very cozy during the extremely cold temperatures.

Steamboat Summer

Our family, including kids under 12, loved staying here. The location was great - we could walk to the mountain village and enjoyed eating at the restaurants and playing in the stream on the mountain. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful - we saw a fox daily and even saw a moose in our front yard! The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and we enjoyed them daily. This rental felt like home and had everything we needed. This was our first visit to Steamboat and we weren’t expecting to have to drive so much (most of the summer activities we did required going into town) but we also loved being up closer to the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Guys Snowboard Trip

Perfect spot for guys trip, we got tons of snow so hot tub and a nice bed were what we needed. Fit our group of six perfectly, easy walk to gondola in the morning and prompt shuttle to get us other spots. Highly recommend.

Amazing view

This is a wonderful property with a lot of space for spreading out or gathering together in one place. The out standing feature for us was the amazing view from the large deck. You could sit and watch the afternoon thunderstorms roll up the valley from miles away. Great house.

This house was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to gondola. Kitchen was the best with everything you need to cook. From kitchenware to linens - couldn’t be nicer. Can’t wait to stay here again. Maybe summer?!
