Large condo in prime location near the gondola with hot tubs & pool

  • With three levels of amenities, space, and comfort, this beautiful ski-in/out home is the perfect way to spend your next winter vacation with friends and family. Downstairs, you'll find a separate living space complete with a bed, an en suite bath, a sitting area and kitchen, and access to a private balcony. Upstairs, the main level living area is open and spacious, with high, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood joists, beautiful ski-themed decor, and a regal gas fireplace crowning it all. Cook up a magnificent feast using the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space in the full kitchen then serve your guests at the large dining table with enough seating. Spend the day on the mountain then thaw out with a trip to the shared hot tub or the community sauna. When it's time to call it a night, head upstairs to the third floor's main bedroom where you'll find an en suite bath. The third floor also has a bedroom with an en suite bath.

    Steamboat Ski Resort is right next to this ski-in/out home with runs like See Me, Lower Valley View, and See Ya for the experts, and Lil' Rodeo and Stampede for the group beginners. Take the kids to Howelsen Ice Arena, just four miles north, where they'll be able to watch games, take skate lessons, and even enjoy ice-rink bumper cars!

    THINGS TO KNOW
    Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
    This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Extremely nice visit , large enough for multiple families though there were only 4 of us. very clean property, a little dated but not a big deal easy access to ski slopes I would definitely stay again

Perfect location for a large group

We loved how spacious and close to the gondola this place was. It was a quick walk over and the pool/hot tub/check in are right next door. The only downside was that it could use some updating. The beds and couch are very much in need of replacing. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great location

Condo is within walking distance to the Gondolas. Shuttle is also available to the mountain and will also take you to and from town. The two Hot tubs were always full, too small for the amount of condos. Brew pub and Apres Burger place 2 minutes away are very good and the burger place also has breakfast. Condo was a little small for 5 but otherwise fine.

Great location

The house was great. Maybe a little updating but seemed great for what you need. Not like your in the rental that much. We did run into snow storms and canceled flights for this trip and the the owners would not work with us to move days around to stay an extra night or to get one day comped. So we did loose one full day out there which stinks for how expensive this place was.

Great location with 3 floors of living space!

This is our second ski trip staying at the Phoenix and we loved this 3 floor condo. It has tons of room for spreading out and privacy. The bottom floor is a mini-suite with a balcony and mini-kitchen. The large top floor bedroom has high ceilings and a sauna. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The location is fantastic with a path to the ski area right across the street. It's an easy walk to the gondola in the morning, and at the end of the day you can ski the path all the way back to the sidewalk. The hot tubs, pool, and sauna are wonderful. The free Vacasa shuttle worked great for our group of 6 to go downtown for dinner one night where we had a fabulous dinner at Laundry. The kitchen is very well stocked with newer appliances and a huge variety of pots, pans, and dishes. Our only comment is that it would have been nice to have an empty cabinet or shelves for food storage. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms are small and dated, but we felt like this was reflected in the price compared to fully renovated units. We were happy with the overall value and had a great stay!

Great condo, lots of room to spread out and very clean. Staff was very accommodating to any request we had. Location was perfect, very close to the slopes.

Great Location

The Phoenix is close to slopes and very convenient. Unit 210 worked well for our family. However, the bathrooms are VERY small...not sure this can be remedied, they are adequate, but small. The kitchen is likewise small, but very well stocked. The VACASA shuttle service was outstanding....all drivers were helpful, courteous and prompt! We arrived early and our unit was not ready.....the staff was very helpful and we were able to store our luggage and gather in the 'club house' area while we waited. FYI...there are no elevators in this unit...lots of stairs!

Great location

Def a great location. Just around the corner is a great burger joint AND a tap room. Walk across the street and there is a path to the gondola. Super simple. Others in our party used the Vacasa shuttle and said it was always within 10 min and great service. the condo was a great set up for 4 couples.

The Phoenix property is great! Great staff, super friendly! The common areas of pool, game room, hot tubes are all great. Easy location and walk to the main lift!!
