  • Beautiful remodeled condo in downtown Steamboat. Enjoy the convenience of walking to any of the downtown restaurants, bars and shopping that Steamboat has to offer. The views from this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom condo are worth the two flights of stairs. You have direct views of the Howelsen Hill ski jump across the Yampa River, and can enjoy watching people ski and ride day into night. Brand new high end furnishings and well-stocked kitchen will be there for you after an amazing day on the slopes. One dedicated parking spot and one block away to the free bus which will get you around town or over to the Steamboat Ski area.

My family of 5 had the best stay here! It was exactly as advertised — clean and comfortable. And super well located downtown, within easy walking distance to great restaurants and even a playground for the kids. A few little details really made this rental stand out: top notch pour over coffee maker and coffee grounds sugar, laundry detergent a stock of basic personal care items (toothbrushes, soap) in case you forget anything, and then lots of hooks in the bathrooms and closets (something I feel like most rentals are lacking!). Beds were comfy, sofa was so cozy, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you, Matt and family, for sharing your home with us!

This condo was top notch with very nicely designed modern finishes. The kitchen was well stocked with new and high quality items. This is not a situation where the host puts a bunch of extra old kitchen items in the drawers and cabinets! We cooked our meals and had everything we need. It was very clean with nice towels and bedding. The large windows gave us great views of the lively area and Howelsen Hill. The location couldn't be better. Restaurants for all tastes and budgets are right out the door, and downtowns main street is only one block away with a days worth of cute shops. In less than 2 blocks you can catch a few shuttle to the ski area base. The hot springs are close too! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the property. The condo was just as described. The location was excellent, easy access to the ski shuttle. We really loved walking to Howelsen Hill each night to see all the activities that go on.

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. Love the responsive hosts, how well condo is taken care of and it's location. Walking distance to everything!

Great place to stay in steamboat!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful downtown condo. It was so clean, wonderful decor, and in a great location. The owner was so nice and very quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a bottle of delicious wine. The communication was excellent. The location of the condo could not have been better. Excellent restaurants and a riverwalk across the street, which we enjoyed daily. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

Matt’s condo in downtown Steamboat Springs

We loved our stay at Matt’s place! The entire space was very clean and was stocked with all travel necessities. The condo was comfortable, beautifully designed and a perfect for our family of 5. We loved spending time downtown and at Howelsen Hill. We would definitely stay again!
