Confusing codes

The townhouse was alright but the codes to get into the property were not good. The code to open the garage door was listed as the gate. Also you said the touchpad was on the left when it was on the right. The description of the code to open the door into the townhouse from the garage was confusing and way to long. We never did get a code to open the front door.

As Advertised

The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay with the spacious unit, plenty of beds and close access to Steamboat Springs, the Gondola, and hiking trails.

Great location

Property is in a great location. Close to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores, but also feels private/secluded enough. Though there were 15 of us, the house is organized in such a way that made us feel like we all had ample room. Loved the beds/bedding. Super comfortable.

Fun for your reunion

Great property for hosting a reunion. Lots of space for everyone to sleep. Perfect location for getting to activities, with a 10 minute walk to Steamboat base plus and easy drive to get downtown. Pool and hot tubs were a blast. Bonus...we even got a quick glimpse of a bear wandering through the property!

Great ski condo for friends and family

The house was very spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. Enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub although even though the hot tub was drained it started smelling again on the 3rd day. Nice big laundry room. Ski and boot storage in garage was very convenient!! Over all very nice place but a few minor fixes were needed on trim, baseboards, and loose toilet paper holders. No hair dryers provided. Excellent shuttle service. Everyone at Steamboat was super nice.

Good space, confusing communications

Overall a great space. However Communication was confusing and delayed because it went from VRBO to Vacasa to the local on site front desk team. The garage code wasn’t correct and VRBO basically just directed me to go to the main front building desk for help. Next time I will book directly through the lodge. Also, there are three parking spots, the listing says 2. Floors were very sticky which we reported upon arrival. There were also some small things that were broken - towel holder fell off, blinds by hot tub were duct taped, side table had a hole in it. Understandably they have very short turn over to get these things corrected so it was by no means a deal breaker! The location was great with Vacasa shuttles driving by constantly to take us to the slopes. Big kitchen and family room were awesome for hanging out. Garage is totally stocked with hooks and shelves for all ski gear. Overall great for the group.

Loved this property!

We loved this property! Plenty of room for our group. We stayed here for a soccer tournament with a few families from our team. It was clean spacious and loved the pool area. Close to downtown but far enough away to be out of the busy. Beautiful views and kind staff. We would totally stay here again. Oh and the price was amazing!!!

Great mountain vacation

Had a wonderful time at this well appointed home with plenty of space for our 7 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Nice hot tub and good entertainment options for the kids! Thanks for the great time!

Beautiful views

I have never been to Steamboat Springs, but I will definitely be back! This house was so clean, quiet and easy accessible to shopping, hiking and the river. Beautiful property and an easy check in and out! The house hot tub and community pool was a hit with my kids, they didn't want to leave.

Beautiful location

Loved the property, location and amenities. The only negative was it seemed like they did not finish cleaning. Screen window was on floor, no trash bags in trash, cigarette buds and beer cans were outside the front door.

We loved it!

We love this complex! This is the 9th summer we've stayed in one of these condos and this one didn't disappoint! The only negative was that it didn't have any patio furniture, but other than that it was great! It was very roomy, clean and great for a lot of people. We were there for a family reunion and it was a blast!

Disappointed

The property was not very clean. We had major issues with the refrigerator. It was not cooling and they had to bring in another refrigerator at about 11pm. We had to help the maintenance guy bring the full size unit into the place, remove red old one, take all of our food out and then put into the new one, all late at night. The new unit was dirty, so we had to clean it out and then also clean the floors after water leaked all over. The new unit was not cooling well either. The head maintenance manager was extremely rude. We didn't 2 days of our vacation dealing with this refrigerator situation and it was starting to ruin our vacation. All of this was very frustrating. The dishes, pots, pans, kitchen equipment was not good and basic things were not there such as a measuring cup.

Great For Large Groups!

We stayed here with 6 adults and 6 kids and this place was perfect! Great location and lots of space. We loved the pool and hot tubs in the complex and the management was very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because this unit does not have air conditioning. It was unusually hot for June when we were there and the main level and upstairs bedrooms were pretty miserable at night because they were so warm.
