I’ve stayed at several VRBO properties before and have typically had great experiences, which is why this stay was a bit disappointing. The master bathroom toilet had a broken chain, so it wouldn’t flush properly without removing the lid and manually pulling the chain each time. The pillows were very thin and didn’t offer much support, and the pull-out mattress was uncomfortable you could clearly feel the springs.While I understand this is a busy ski town and properties get a lot of use, the overall condition didn’t match the price we paid. There were noticeable water stains on the shower curtain and dishwasher, which made the unit feel less clean and well-maintained than expected.Overall, the location was convenient and we still made the most of our trip, but with a few repairs and better attention to upkeep, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

Great location and the unit was as described and perfect for our group of 4. The kitchen/ dining/ living room was perfect for hanging out and had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable and good size. The location was perfect - so close to everything we wanted to do. It was also on the shuttle run, so a few of the activities we booked picked us up right in the parking lot. We had a great time and this unit was perfect!

The unit was conveniently located, and the shuttle service was great. There are a couple of things that could be improved:The mattress in the master bedroom had too many bumps, and the sofas need to be replaced since they are very uncomfortable.The cleaning crew didn't finish cleaning the unit before check-in, so we had to wait outside for about 15 minutes past our check-in time while they finished. When we checked in, the floors were still dirty, so we had to sweep them ourselves. The bathrooms weren't super clean either, and there was visible dust and dirt on furniture and in the corners of the room.

Overall, it was a good property. The kitchen was nice, although a couple of the buttons on the microwave did not work. The beds were comfortable and the check-in process was really easy. The biggest downside was that the free WiFi that was provided was not secure. It did not require a password and for that reason I did not feel comfortable connecting to it. Also, my cell service (Verizon) wasn’t great at the property either so I couldn’t use my phone while I was there. Additionally, the property is on the first floor and there was a lot of noise from the residents above the property. While I understand the hosts can’t control the noise from above, there was a light fixture in the living room that made a loud clanging noise every time the upstairs residents walked around which was very disruptive, especially when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, it is a very nice property in a good location and it was an easy, comfortable stay.

We spent the weekend traveling with our son and his family and attending the Routt County Cattlemen & Cattlewomen's Dog Trial at the Rodeo arena. My husband competed in the trial. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo is as advertised. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The contactless entry wasn’t operable, and it took several calls and texts before the issue was resolved with a new code (an hour after we arrived at the property). Perhaps a note about the procedure if you arrive after 5 pm or on the weekend would have shortened the process.

Warm stay.

Happy with our stay. Cozy and comfortable. We booked this unit for the kitchen and was not disappointed. There was an issue with the dish washer being dirty but it was resolved promptly. No stairs but did have to listen to the upstairs neighbor a bit on Thursday and Friday night. Pool area was clean and conveniently located. The Timber Run property was well kept and felt safe. note: if you have problems reaching the management team by phone, i used email and they were fast to respond.

Great ski condo!

Perfect location with easy shuttle service to the mountain or wherever in town. Beautiful kitchen newly remodeled, clean, comfortable beds, nice hot tubs, easy to park, ski locker easy to use. Great place for 2 couples. We will stay again.

Place was great. Short walk to lifts, market, and a few restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Pool and tubs were nice after skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to chill after skiing

The layout of the space is good for a small group that likes to socialize. Amenities were nice overall, though one of the hot tubs was pretty gross by Sunday evening. The only thing I did not like was having to go to the property management hub to check in. Thought I had contactless check-in but never got instructions, so guess not. They have a shuttle that is very good too. I'd stay here again.

Not My Favorite Place

I have to say that the photos that were posted on VRBO are somewhat deceiving. This condo is not bright and airy as advertised. Whomever took the photo must have had every light, and then some, on when taking the pictures. The condo is actually very very dark and in need of updates. Yes, the kitchen and the floors had been redone and were very nice, but the rest of the condo is a stark contrast. Because there is no AC so we assumed there would be ceiling fans. That was not the case, but the owner tried to remedy it by provided large fans that we could place near an open window to circulate the air. The problem was that out of the two fans provided, you could only use one as the other fan (the black one) was so incredibly loud (even on the lowest setting) that nobody could fall asleep with it on. My son referred to it as trying to sleep near a freight train. To the owner: Please update the fans for future tenants. You need them in the summer. Also, please update your wiring. If we had the TV on in the family room and unplugged the fan in the guest bedroom, the TV would completely shut off. The number of issues we ran into became almost comical. We will not be renting this place again based on all the problems we had. I will end on a positive note though. The beds were very comfortable so good job in that respect. :-)
