  • Endless fun and quality time with loved ones await you at this marvelous ski-in/ski-out condo overlooking the heart of Steamboat Springs. From limitless ski runs to various pools and hot springs nearby, you will have no trouble finding ample ways to make the most of your days away. Make a fresh pot of coffee each morning and head out to the private balcony to breathe in the cool mountain air and simply listen to the birds. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar, so reminiscing about the day while preparing a homecooked meal will be a breeze. Plus, everyone can relax in bliss while the fireplace flickers in the living area and a movie plays on the flatscreen TV.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great condo

This condo was well equipped, had plenty of kitchen tools, the beds were comfy, AC was cold, and location can’t be beat. We had three generations at the condo and it worked great.

This property is the best vacation rental we have ever booked. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful views of the hill from the balcony. Incredibly spacious for the whole family and kitchen was well stocked. Just a short walk to the pool and main square. My kids loved playing in the creek and beach sand as well. 10/10

Super location. Very short walk to gondola square. property was clean and had plenty of room for our group. Hot tub and Pool area was the perfect ending to a long day on the slopes.

Perfect location

Excellent stay, and more bigger living room than expected! Great view of the mountains and the only thing between you and the snow are the great restaurants! Ski locker near the door was an added bonus and the 4 kids had a great time staying in the bunk room. Best place we've stayed in Steamboat. Will be back!

Clean and roomy and the best location

Will stay here again, gladly! The location can't be beat for ski in/out. The condo was very well appointed and even had some basic items often overlooked (like some coffee filters, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pod, etc.). Very comfortable and hassle free. Ski locker on the 1st floor and the pool/hot tubs really made it special.

June Wedding

First visit to Steamboat for a family wedding. Great space, convenient location. Do take the Happy Hour gondola ride! Steamboat is beautiful! Some good restaurants within walking distance, and a 10 min drive to lots more downtown. Our trip to Stagecoach Reservoir was also worthwhile.

True ski in and out condo

The size and layout of this unit was perfect for 5 adults. However, the best part of this place is the location and ease of use of everything the mountain offers. Close to great restaurants, sports bar to watch the games, the pool and hot tub, and true ski in and out. From ski locker to gondola is less than 3 minutes. Coming home was just as simple.

Great stay, great for families, 10/10 would recommend

We loved this condo, the complex, and the staff. The layout and amenities were great for our family/group. We had 4 adults and 4 children (1 to 6yos). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, the beds and couches are all comfortable, and the view is great. We had 2 small issues related to the AC and the parking and the complex staff was excellent at taking care of the issues. We are definitely considering booking the same location for next summer.

Soooo Awesome!

stayed in Torian Plum a few times because it’s as “ski in/ski out” as you can get, and always has luxurious rooms. This time was just as nice. This unit in particular was really really homey, and one of the favorites that we have stayed. Very spacious, great decor, and all the amenities that we would want. lots of kitchen stuff. I mean lots! Beds were very comfortable, too.

Great stay for our family with enough space and also a great location!

This was a very convenient and comfortable stay for all 6 of us... me, my husband, my two boys (ages 7 & 5) and my parents. The check-in process was easy and quick. The parking was plentiful and conveniently located close to the entrance. Luggage carts were available for use which helped bring our 10+ bags up to the unit. Once inside, we found the unit extremely spacious, well-stocked and clean. In the kitchen, there was all the conveniences we needed. There was even a little notepad and pen for us to make a grocery list. The washer and dryer worked great and we found the laundry pods which were provided a nice touch. All the beds were quite comfortable. Most times when I sleep in hotels, my back will sometimes hurt afterwards. That was not the case here! Finally, I will say that it was an easy walk to a number of great outdoor activities. We visited in the summer so only a limited number of gondolas were open, but they were only a 5-minute walk away. My boys also LOVED the small stream which was right outside the building's doors. The entire stay was wonderful! Thanks!

Perfect location for ski in ski out. We loved the space and amenities. Want to give Kristin at the front desk applause for making us feel welcome and glad we chose to stay at Torian Plum!!! Her customer service is impressive. Haven’t felt that gracious hospitality in a long time!!

Everything about this location was awesome, especially location! The layout was great and in great condition. The best feature in my opinion was the shuttle service! 10 minute waits at most! We will be back!

Ski Vacation

We stayed in Creekside 318 and it was perfect for our family vacation!! The view was awesome! It was easy in and out to the slopes, restaurants and bars!! Just a short walk to the base area if we wanted to go to other places. We rented a suburban so we didn’t use the shuttle service so I can’t rate that part. We did use the hot tub, they were nice but because of COVID we did have to wait our turn. We will return to Stesmboat and stay at the Torian Plum!!

Home Away from Home

The resort was awesome. Pool and hot tub were great. Shuttle services were really nice and quick. Location was perfect for skiing. The restaurants and shops at the base of the mountain were nice. All the amenities in the condo were wonderful, from the coffee filters to the dishes to comfy furniture. It truly felt like our home for the weekend. We would highly recommend this place to all our friends.
