  • What better place to call home than a ski-in/out condo overlooking the heart of Steamboat Springs? This lovely corner home is packed with elegant decor and immaculate views from the large windows and private balcony, making this an excellent space to simply sit back and relax as the fireplace flickers nearby! The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Just next to the kitchen there is a dining area with a large table for six. The lovely living area features a gas fireplace, TV, a large sofa, and a love seat for comfortable seating for movie nights. The home is also equipped with a washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and access to the shared pool area and gym facility on-site!

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Awesome vacation home!

Highly recommend this place! It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to many things — the base of the ski hill, restaurants, and just a short drive to town. We’d love to stay again.

First Stay at Torian Plum

We have stayed at many different condos at Steamboat. We loved the location, the parking, the convenience. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Pre arrival instructions were very good. The views are good. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Cozy condo with nice view of slopes and easy 100 yard stroll to Steamboat central. Bedrooms and space were nice and well kept. Fireplace was perfect for post ski in front of TV. Highly recommend.

Great Location

Condo is very nice and large. The location is great with super easy access to the slopes, rentals, restaurants and the base village. The Vacasa shuttle was great and they were always prompt. Used it a bunch to go to downtown Steamboat for shopping and some meals. The skiing in Steamboat is great. Tons of great tree runs and a great mixture of green, blue and black runs.

Loved this condo. It was more convenient than I expected. We’ve always stayed in the other building and prefer the ski lockers on the first floor but otherwise it was awesome!

Perfection In Every Way!

Torian Plum 301 is a wonderful experience! Impossible to beat the location - we walked out our front door, took an elevator to the plaza level, walked maybe 100 feet or so and put on our skis. Perfect and easy location with our two kids - could not have been better. Vacasa also provides a complimentary shuttle to downtown and back - all you do is call the shuttle number and one of their vans will be along to get you. Never waited more than a few minutes. Excellent service. The condo itself, was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets you could ever want. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper - not just one each like some properties offer. The best part of the condo, aside from the location itself, was the smart and spacious layout. This condo is HUGE. With the 3 bedrooms located on one end of the unit and the kitchen, LR on the other, it was possible to be up early in the kitchen while not disturbing the sleeping kids and grandparents. Also, the bedrooms have incredibly thick and soundproof doors that blocked all noise, and, even though the condo fronts the plaza that contains restaurants/bars, there was never an issue with noise. The beds were also super comfy. Master Bath has heated floors which was a very welcomed touch. Thank you for a terrific stay! Condo's location also provides excellent views of mountain and plaza...and sunrises!

We had a group of 5. Accommodations for this condo were top notch. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Close to everything. Ski down to Christi lift. We had a fantastic time staying here! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing in every way!

Our stay in this is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations. Check in was easy, friendly - the condo is in the heart of the resort - walking distance to the slopes, ski rental, restaurants and access to a Vacasa Shuttle for trips downtown. The condo itself was extremely clean with up to date decor and a well stocked, full kitchen. If you are going to Steamboat Springs to enjoy the slopes, it would be hard to beat this condo. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Great location and condo... a bit steamy in August

The property was great. Master suite is wonderful. The Queen room was good. The twin room is pretty small, but adequate. Living space was fantastic with plenty of room for 6 guests. Kitchen was well stalked. There's a coffee pot and Keurig. Our only issue was the lack of AC. Not uncommon in Colorado but we hit Steamboat on a warm week in August and even with all the windows open and fans running, it was pretty warm during the day. The sun hits the Queen room in the AM and the other two rooms in the PM. Of course it cools down at night but we never quite got to "cool" at any point.

Condo was very clean, Beds were good. The Condo itself is a bit dated. We loved that each room had it own thermostat. Kitchen could use a remodel. We would stay there again.
