Very disappointing!
We have had 3 houses in Steamboat over the last 30 years and sold a couple of years ago as we are not living there full time. We have an office there however and come for around 4 mo a year and rent. All rentals have been great except for this one. Very very dark location in a canyon (we thought this may be positive as its hot in the summer but no, it was just dark.) Carpets needed cleaning and are old, 2nd bedroom sparten, cold and dark, kitchen extremely cheaply suppplied, even cleaning materails poor. (we bought our own broom and mop). Owner and HOA clearly not interested in quality and property overall in poor repair with outdoor neglected and stairs in need of fixing. We told the rental company, they tried but HOA didnt respond. Garbage overflowed every week as not nearly enough capacity. They need to pay for a 2nd pick up or build a second trash container. You can do FAR better than this for same cost. Keep searching!
