7th Heaven is aptly named! We've stayed at several places slope-side at Steamboat, but this place takes the blue ribbon. Exceptional. This is an extraordinarily well-designed, well-kept, two-story condo with a gracious host who went above and beyond to make sure the small creature comforts that make a place feel like home were present for our family. A beautiful view of the mountain, a cozy fireplace, a first-rate kitchen and breakfast bar, and great TV to catch March Madness! We also loved the fact our skis and the Wild Blue Gondola were mere yards from our lobby. Out teens enjoyed the pizza, pool and ping pong tables the property provided. Special thanks to Kelly M. for making our stay so memorable.

This property is aptly named. It was fantastic. It all starts with Kelly the property manager. She made the process simple. Started with great communication and then met us at the property to make sure everything went smoothly. Even received my shipped skis and made sure they were waiting for me. Location at Steamboat could not have been better. Accommodations and cleanliness were 1st rate. Was a great experience and we will be back!

The perfect place to stay!

I cannot think of one thing wrong with this vacation rental. It was so clean, the perfect location and the house manager, Kelly, could not have been nicer or more accommodating! She knew the answer to all of our questions and gave us great tips for our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Steamboat.

Father/Son ski trip

This property was perfect for our group. The condo was just as nice as advertised. Having extra bathrooms made it very nice when everyone was getting ready to ski, or getting ready for dinner. Proximity to the gondola and lifts can't be beat. Kelli and team were hands down the most helpful and kindest hosts I have encountered. Highly recommend this condo for any trip to Steamboat!

Fabulous stay!

This condo was awesome! Just as described, fully stocked and very clean. The location was perfect, easy to walk to restaurants, small market, shops, etc. As well as the gondola's right across the way! Everything was in perfect condition. Extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The ski shop downstairs has everything you need (if you forgot it) as well as super helpful staff. There's a restaurant and Starbucks downstairs (within the Sheraton) with fresh baked donuts daily and a good supply of snacks & beverages. Also, public transportation very convenient if needed. Can't say enough great things about Kelly! She is a lovely hostess! Always on top of messages/calls. Very helpful with recommendations for nearby shopping and restaurants. Extremely reliable and attentive. Hope to visit next year!

Amazing condo and outstanding property manager!

This is a wonderful condo and would have been truly perfect, but for the fact the AC was out and it was during a heat wave. But, Kelly, our property manager moved heaven and earth trying to make sure we were comfortable with fans and also helped us recover some of our money. Her communication and sincere regret about the situation made all of the difference. The owners are blessed to have her.

Fantastic Steamboat Ski Trip

First, we were greeted by Kelly who is a fantastic host. She showed us around the property, including the unit. The condo unit is as advertised and was very clean. It fit our family of six very comfortably. The building is just steps away from town Square and the main ski lifts. Ski/snowboard rental was conveniently located on the first floor. Underground parking was included. In all, a fantastic trip!

Beautiful condo and perfect location

The condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family (2adults and 3 kids) was accomodated in every way. Ease of ski location was a+ and the amenities within the unit and property were equally exemplary. We usually rent houses for skiing but this fit all the same needs and allowed us to have a great home base (well stocked kitchen too!) plus a more convenient location to bounce around after skiing. Kelly was a most gracious and top notch host.
