Excellent stay. Clean and worked great for family trip. Best part is the shuttle service that takes you too and from the slopes. Runs constantly every five minutes or so; very convenient.

Fantastic family vacation in spacious and luxurious townhome. We cooked family meals for 7 comfortably in well appointed kitchen, sat on the deck with drinks and easy short walk to the pool. One minor maintenance issue with a window was dealt with expediently with no hassle to us.

Great time in Steamboat!

Our stay in Steamboat was fantastic! The location of this townhome could not be beat. Walkable to the base, close to town and restaraunts. The teenagers loved the pool and community hot tubs. Great time! Thank you!

Beautiful family getaway

We stayed in the summer and had a great time hiking, exploring and just hanging out on the patio at night looking at the stars and watching bats fly by. Had all the amenities needed to cook and eat there. No complaints!

Absolutely Do NOT Stay at This Property!

Our stay was terrible. We received a text about 4 hours after we checked in asking us if everything was ok. We responded that the floors were filthy and even sent a photo of the bottoms of my feet after waking around INDOORS for 2 hours. They were thick with black yuck. We also sent photos of the carpet which was disgusting. The couch was nearly as filthy too. We also asked for additional towels. We go no response for 3 days. Then the property manager called to let us know we had not heard from her because she had been on vacation. She proceeded to be very unprofessional and told us that it was perfectly ok to have floors that dirty and we were being demanding. We explained we had three children, all under the age of three with us and this was not something we were comfortable with. This same property manager told us her four children all under the age of 10 all look like that at the end of the day in her own home. Once again, we explained that this was not reasonable to us and not how we live and certainly not how we want to live in a place we are paying to have a vacation in. A cleaning crew came over hours later and mopped the floors. It was a bit better, but still, carpet was not able to be cleaned while we were there. We finally gave up (never received towels), tired of feeling like we were avoiding the place and making it hard on the babies and we checked out a day early and went home.

Condo was clean and well stocked for most of your cooking needs. Location to the ski hill was awesome walking is an option. Kids loved the hot tub and the condo was very roomy for all of us.

Steamboat Wedding

This was a special trip to Steamboat for my family. Our daughter got married at the Flying Diamond Ranch. We rented this unit for 6 days for our family. It was wonderful for the entire time. Weather was perfect, scenery was breathtaking and the accommodations were top-notch. We highly recommend Eagleridge townhomes. The check in process was easy, quick, and the staff was courteous, prompt and very pleasant. I can't say enough about our experience there.

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location.

We spent the 4th of July week here. Kids & 5 grandkids totally enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Blocks away from the base of mountain, trails outside the door & downtown Steamboat less than 5 miles away. Perfect!!

Wonderful stay

This is close enough to the ski resort that you could walk, but with ski boots on its even easier to catch the shuttle that stops literally in front of your door! We loved our stay. Steamboat is just breathtakingly gorgeous. The unit is well appointed and clean. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. Grill on deck was a nice plus - we grilled hamburgers, hot dogs and steaks. Staff was also very very helpful - acting as concierges.

A WONDERFUL place for our group!!

We were in Steamboat for just 4 short days and enjoyed our stay at the EagleRidge tremendously. We had plenty of room. Enjoyed the views, comfy beds, hot tub, deck and grounds. We were close enough to walk to the bike path along the Yampa River, and the slopes up the hill. We highly recommend this town home for your next trip to Steamboat!
