Great for families

Stayed here with friends and young kids and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close to walking trails, downtown Steamboat and lovely view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend for larger groups.

Perfect family ski getaway

We loved our week stay at this beautiful home that was right on the bus line to the Ski Resort. The home was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent this house again!

Roomy condo great value but no hot tub

We really enjoyed this condo eb Every thing was comfortable and there was lots of room the kitchen was well stocked We missed having a hot tub but it was in the listing

Great for families!

This property is as listed. It was clean, stocked with everything you need, comfortable (firm beds,) and the location is great. The shuttle is just down the driveway to get to the slopes and the backyard was wonderful for the kids to play. This was a perfect spot for our vacation!

Great location and views

What a beautiful place to enjoy Steamboat. We spent a long weekend in the summer and loved the views of the mountain and access to the trail right outside the door. We had a group of four adults and two kids and everyone was happy and comfortable with their own space and bathrooms. We were able to relax and enjoy the quiet while still being so close to everything that Steamboat has to offer. We can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic Stay for a Family Ski Trip

We loved this property. Everything was nicely laid out for our family. We had 3 separate families and we all had our own bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The shared common areas are also lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked and the location is only a short walk away from the bus stop (came every 15 mins) that took us directly to the ski area. Perfect spot for a family ski trip.

An adjoining unit on either side but this one in the middle was had more than enough space for our party of six and just enough room in the backyard for some outdoor games.

A great location for our family!

This was a wonderful rental for our group of six - 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents - over the 4th of July week. The unit had a great layout with plenty of room for all of us. We used the lawn area in the back to play games, there are 2 fun playgrounds in walking distance, and the paved biking path starts across the street. The free shuttle is a short walk away and we used it several times to go into town. The unit is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

This house was great for our family. The yard was amazing for the kids to play in the snow, the house was well stocked with everything you need, beds were comfortable for us, (mattresses are firm, beware if that’s a problem for you.) The shuttle stop is right at the end of the driveway and it takes you right to the slopes. We will be back. Thank you!

Great spot in Steamboat

In general, we had a great time. The place was clean, with nice furnishings and great location. The accuracy was a 3 because the listing looks like it is a whole house from the pictures and that entire back space would be ours. Not ideal to have two other families on either side of us. Other concerns were that the tub shower did not drain well and the place sleeps 6+ and there was not enough outdoor seating for more than 4.

Fairly a decent house.

The rooms and the open space behind is amazing. Overall it's a good house but also has its drawbacks. There is a lot of pollen flowing inside in the pollen season. Allergic people be careful. The bathroom doors doesn't lock at all. The double bed cannot fit 2 people comfortably, it's meant for kids.

We had a great time!

The property itself was nice however we had two couples with 3 kids. There is only one master with bathroom. The other room was very small and the mattress needs to be replaced. So if you only have one couple. - it’s probably fine. But the remainder of the guests had to use the other small bathroom. When we arrived the trash bin outside had not been emptied so we couldn’t take out the trash. The fireplace was full of ashes and had not been cleaned. But overall a nice place to stay!

Great townhouse! Great views!

This property had everything we needed and more! Well stocked kitchen (except for a salt shaker), comfy beds, very roomy for 4 adults and a 1 yr old. Loved having the large utility room with washer/dryer upstairs by the bedrooms. 3 full bathrooms upstairs with a powder room down. Master bath was VERY roomy as was the closet. Our favorite part was the beautiful mountain view out the back. We even saw a moose and her 2 babies walk right past the back yard area! There is a nice soft grassy area (shared with the 2 adjoining properties) that our one yr old loved and some beautiful wildflowers just beyond the grass. Also loved the walking/biking path right out the back door! It's in a lovely neighborhood, but not walking distance to really anything. We did bike to the Yampa river trail right from the house. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
