Located less than three miles from the heart of Steamboat Springs and all of its wonderful dining and entertainment options and trailheads, this is the perfect place to be!

    Enjoy having access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

    In addition to Wildhorse amenities, you and your beloved friends will also have access to Trailhead Lodge's amenities, including a picnic area with grills and firepit, a boot drying room, ski rack storage, and many more!

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and fully stocked with anything you would need. Also, Trailhead lodge has wonderful amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great trip

Location is great with direct access to Wildhorse Gondola. We stored our skis down by the main gondola and it made getting back and forth very easy. Would stay here again.

Location!

Our reason for visiting was Fly Fishing, Hiking and Golf. This was a great location. And - Brick (restaurant) was great for pizza, salad and wine! Loved the top floor!

Comfortable and Convenient

The building is fairly new, so everything is in great shape. Nice location for winter skiing. There's a gondola right outside the building, so getting to the base area couldn't be more convenient.

Great spot & amenities!

The condo was perfect for us! Great location with the gondola right outside the door. Ski equipment storage was also a plus. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The condo had just about everything we needed - just missing a kitchen towel or two! We will be back!

Very Nice!

We really enjoy staying at Trailhead. Easy to gondola and to downtown. We have stayed here previously, and keep coming back. The issue this year is the hot water was intermittent and not resolved our entire stay of 6 nights. We did reach out to the property. We were compensated slightly.

Plenty of room for two loved the unit we didn't have AC and wish Vacasa had taken care of and I hope to God they didn't get it out after we left

No AC

Everything would have been fine, but the air was broken. They tried to fix it and then they gave up. We had no air the whole time. The nights were miserable to sleep through.

Not the greatest

The unit was pretty nice but the bed and pillows weren't great. We were disappointed that there wasn't a grill on the deck. It also didn't have a lot of the basics like olive oil or any spices, no ice etc. It would have also been nice to swim laps in the pool in the morning but it didn't open until 10:00a.m. That seems a bit late.

Wildhorse

Have stayed here several times and lived in the area for 15 years. Location is excellent and gondola makes skiing very convenient. Staff is friendly and pleasant but very often takes several calls to get things done!!! Not at all like the Steamboat Resorts staff of old!

Clean and well stocked

Enjoyed my quick weekend getaway here. Beautiful property and easy instructions. Hot tub was wonderful. Condo was clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend for a single person or couple. Accommodations likely wouldn’t work if you need a second sleeping accommodation - kind bed only.

1st class accommodations, everything was perfect especially the free transportation.

Free transportation into town, well equipped condo, super clean, great heated pool and hot tubs, friendly staff will definitely be back
