Excellent location and renovated very nicelyDulaney at the gondola is in a perfect location. This is our second time staying at this property (first in this unit). Walking distance to everything you need - tons of restaurants, small grocery store, liquor store, christy sports, the gondola, square, shops and much more. You don't need a car staying here. Very short easy walk to the gondola base, maybe 150 yards. This unit is recently renovated and feels brand new. Well taken care of, very clean, has everything stocked in the kitchen that you would need if you are planning to cook. New appliances, spacious den with vaulted ceiling, automated shades, excellent fireplace, comfortable furniture, excellent lighting, large entry way to store ski items, boot and glove dryer / warmer, and plenty of room for a family of 4. When booking, was concerned with being on the 5th floor and dealing with stairs in ski boots; however, there is an elevator within 50 feet of the door so this was not an issue at all. Only complaints are i would have liked to have a box fan to create some background noise to sleep better, humidifiers available in bedrooms, and ability to turn off or change program for the floor heaters in bathrooms as it makes bedrooms warm especially at night.
