Well stocked house that was perfect for our family of 13. We loved everything about the house. The hot tub was a great hangout after a day of skiing. The shuttle was fabulous.

Great location and views. The house was spacious and layed out well for our group of 8 guys. Three spots to park were helpful especially since one of the garage spots had a charger for one of our EVs. It was nice to head home with a full charge and not need a stop on the way. The hot tub was well cared for and larger than many. We took advantage of their shuttle service to get to/from the slopes with ease. They pick you up right in front of the house. The layout has a big open space around the kitchen for gathering, with all the bedrooms quietly separated.

The overall space was fabulous! Ample place for us to congregate as a large group, but also there was room for people to have their provacy. Hot tub was great. Kitchen was huge. Plenty of dishes. Very comfortable beds.

Since there were places with no air conditioning, we were told to open the windows. Many windows did not open. It was quite hot and uncomfortable especially in the downstairs.

Platinum Birthday

Provided the perfect combination of gathering area and privacyfor a group of 11 adults. We loved the big kitchen, dining table and living room with art frame tv. The hot tub was well used. Well stocked kitchen helped us efficiently serve our large group. Location was great for easy access to hikes at the ski area. Steamboat is a wonderful summer location. Saffron Indian restaurant had excellent food!

Fabulous Fall break

We had such an amazing time in Steamboat! The house was beautiful had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with all the kitchen supplies we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside on the patio/deck. The views were incredible. Lots of games to keep the kids entertained. We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and the lovely Mgmt company staff even dropped by a little gift for her, they were very thoughtful. We hope we have another opportunity to come again.

BEAUTIFUL home and location!

We couldn't have asked for more from this home. It was right next to the golf course we played in the mornings, and right around the corner from the resort for Gondola Happy Hour and Live Music. Beautiful views from the patio, and master bedrooms. Thank you so much!

Great summer vacation spot!

The house was perfect. Clean. Great location. Lots of space and fun for everyone. Driveway was a bit of car Jenga but totally worth it for the house. So much great communication with the team! Could not have asked for better!!!

Not as Advertised

The Property has beautiful views and amazing bones, but wow is it in need of some serious updating. We had to call 3 times to have the toilet in the Powder Room looked at. The one in the Primary Bathroom was also having issues. There are literally no blinds on the windows in the Primary Bath. Even if the windows are tinted, just weird. It's advertised as a 3 car garage. Well you can't advertise, that you sleep 16, and then assume everybody is going to drive a Kia. We had 3 large vehicles and could barely fit one in the garage (2 people had to direct the driver so we wouldn't hit anything). And the driveway was so small, we had to put one in the gargage to fit the other 2 outside. Just terribly inconvenient. The Pantry has a very musty unpleasant smell. Luckily we didn't dine in much, so we didn't need it very often. Overall, for what we paid a night, we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. Again, has great size and bones, just needs updating in the kitchen and baths mainly. On a positive note, the Shuttle service was EXCELLENT. Every driver we had, was friendly, knowledgable about the area, and so willing to help with anything we needed.

Christmas in Steamboat

We had a terrific experience at this property. Firstly, the view of the mountain is breath-taking. Location of the property is great and the management company runs a shuttle that operates just like Uber and is super convenient for getting on and off the mountain (they will also take you for groceries, downtown, etc). Attention to detail was terrific - truly the best-outfitted vacation rental we have ever used. Every last thing you would want in kitchen, abundance of towels and sheets, all the little things that make it easier to stay in a rental. And for us, the layout was perfect. We put the teenagers upstairs so they had their own little apartment and the family w/ the little kids in the basement so they also had their own space- and didn't wake everyone up at the crack of dawn. The property manager even called to ask if we wanted a Christmas tree set up - so thoughtful.

New Years - ski party

Property was beautiful, clean and as advertised. We had a group of six adults between Christmas and New Years and had more space than we needed but we enjoyed it. Location is easy and views are amazing. Steamboat did a light show and fireworks and we could watch it all from the house. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home with great layout and location

This home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The rooms are broken up so families/couples had their own space and some privacy. Yet, the family room and kitchen were nice and open so we could all be together as well. It was very comfortable. The views from the great room are lovely. The porch, hot tub, and game room were all great additions that were enjoyed thoroughly. The managing group communicated wonderfully and were very helpful with a few issues we had (nothing big). The house is also well-stocked with multiple coffee makers, an extra ice maker and many kitchen items.

Wonderful house, spectacular views

My family of 8 just stayed at this property. Not only was it cozy, but there was plenty of room for everyone. And the views are beautiful! I highly recommend staying here. We would book it again in the future.

Amazing views of the mountain

Our stay at Villa Vista For our ski trip was excellent. The host was very communicative and available to assist with anything. The views of the mountain from this location are hard to beat, and it was a quick shuttle to the lift.

Great House in Steamboat

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property in Steamboat! Our group consisted of seven siblings, our parents, significant others and a 4.5 month old. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, and the views were absolutely stunning! The kitchen had everything you need to cook (including a Kitchenaid mixer!) and plenty of space in the pantry/fridge for the food a group of our size needed! One thing the listing did not mention was there is no air conditioning in the home. Apparently this is normal in Steamboat and we happened to visit when temperatures were about 10-15 degrees higher than normal. The home definitely got a little warm during the day, but we kept the windows open at night and slept very comfortably. Location wise, this house was perfect. We were a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, 10 minute drive downtown, 15 minutes to Fish Creek Falls and 30-45 minutes from a lot of the recommended hikes. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Awesome place and host!

Could not be happier with the experience and with the host. They were so on top of everything. Weren’t just in contact with me but with my extended family because we were arriving at slightly different times. Their attention to detail with towels, toiletries, some welcome treats and a nice welcome card felt more like a 5 star resort than a VRBO. The location is simply amazing, great view of the slopes, couple minute drive from the base to let the kids play in the creek, even got a little alpenglow effect a couple evenings. This place couldn’t have been better for us and we had plenty of room to spread out with our 3 families and 11 people. We’ll be back no doubt.
