Good location, poor management / customer service
The property is as described with 3b/3b. It is 3/4ths of a mile from the gondola, not 2 blocks but they do have a shuttle.One of our beds was broken upon arrival (the legs were physically bent so your head was 6inches lower than the rest of your body). We reached out via the VRBO app to report this and they said we needed to email a different contact. We followed their instructions and never heard back. Resulting in us spending 3 nights in a broken bed. I followed up after we left and they said "we sent someone to fix it" -- which was a lie as it was still broken and they didn't even ask which of the beds was posing an issue. It is also concerning they are willing to send people to rummage through your place and stuff without any notice.We also repeatedly got misinformation from the people at the front desk. They kept telling us the wrong person to text or call for things, or straight up giving us incorrect information, and we're very sassy with all of our requests. They have still not made it right for these issues despite our follow up.I would not recommend or stay again.
