“It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc. plenty of electric charging on site.”

“A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. ”

“For the price paid it was decent enough and functional room for an overnight stay during work trip. Obviously the hotel could do with a bit of renovation and sprucing up. But they made up for it with the lovely staff. Definitely recommend for short stays, their Chai is first class!!”

“Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. Our room was just about as far away from reception and the hotel amenities as you could get. We were cleaned around and our table laid up for the next sitting before we had finished our breakfast .
