Holiday Home 'Steinrose' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

At Landhaus Steinrose in Bodensdorf, Carinthia, you will find a charming 118 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC). The open-plan living and dining area includes a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, spice cupboard, milk frother, hand blender, and mixer. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer impressive views of the mountains and lake. Private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and self check-in are available. Shower towels and bed linen are provided; please bring your own towels for the lake.



Enjoy spacious terraces on two sides of the house and a private garden—ideal for families with children. Outside, you will find two loungers, a cozy lounge area with dining table, and a small bistro table with two chairs, each offering wonderful views of the Ossiacher Tauern and Lake Ossiach. The terrace is comfortably covered!



A private parking space with carport (2 spaces) is available. Pets are allowed upon request and can be brought for an additional fee. Events are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and midday rest from 12 pm to 2 pm must be observed. Smoking indoors is prohibited, and waste separation is required.



Lake Ossiach, train station, and bus stop are about 1 km away. Bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets are also around 1 km away; ski lifts are about 7 km away. In summer, you can enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling, SUP, boat tours, water skiing, paragliding, and golf. In winter, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ice skating, and Christmas markets are available in the region. The hosts live on site, but not in the holiday home.
