This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. I have stayed at 2 other places this year and nothing exceeds this place! We also bring our bernedoodle that is very important to us. Having the boat slip is amazing. It is such a welcoming clean and has everything you need for a great memory! I will be back next year!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

Perfect condo while in the area scalloping. The condo had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It is 10 minutes to the gulf by boat and the launch was so convenient.

Great location. Easy booking and pet friendly. Great response time. Unit was nice and clean. Reason for 4 star on cleanliness there was poop in the pool and it took the pool guy a couple days to get there to clean it up. Pool at adjacent property was available due to this mishap.

Perfect scalloping location

My family and friends stayed for a weekend Scalloping trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and all we could hope for. The assigned dock meant we never had to hurry to get a spot for our boat. The owner was easy to reach for our check in and extremely attentive. This place is on top of the list for where we want to stay when we plan our next trip!

Super nice hotel, very quite place, beautiful view from balcony, cozy apartment, cute decoration, our second time staying in this hotel but a different apartment and not disappointed, Cleanliness is a 4 because the bathroom was not fully clean. But overall, we had a great time. Communication with owner was easy.

The Best Location!!

We have stayed many times in Steinhatchee with our boat. This year we decided to stay at a place with a boat dock and of course our 2 dogs always comes with us. The balcony was my favorite place to stay and watch all the boats. It was directly across the Seahag! We had everything we needed and even a storage unit for our rods and floating devices. We will definitely rebook with the same owners! Can’t wait till next year! 2B here we come💕

Condo has the perfect location. Not only was it equipped with all the starter items, it is quaintly decorated. The check in process and communication deserves more than 5 stars. Perfect fishing get away! Well equipped kitchen, great location, comfortable furniture, wonderful balcony overlooking the river, handy fish cleaning station on a great dock, and terrific boat slip! Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Very Pleased

We were very pleased with our stay. Communication with property manager was good, check in easy. Condo very clean. Hard floors throughout, so some rugs that could have used some updating. Very quiet property well maintained. Well equipped. Pool very nice. Only "complaint" is that elevator is a little slow.....but it was good for us to use the stairs, unless we were hauling stuff. The storage area was very convenient. Beautiful view.
