"We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

"This place is absolutely perfect! We loved it from the minute we pulled in. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. It is a family friendly place that offered us a wonderful relaxing vacation. We met others at the pool that live there and others that have been coming to these condos for years. We will definitely be coming back. The owners were wonderful to work with, we didn’t need anything while we were there."

"We had a death in our family and a storm which prevented us from coming both days but overall the property was clean, convenient and welcoming. My only bad experience was that my bed fell at some point during the night for no reason. Other than that it was good. The property is close to the beach and Mac Daddy's arcade. The kids enjoyed that"

"My family had such an amazing time at Char’s Beach Condo. She was very accessible and even let us know when cleaners finished so we were able to arrive a bit early! It was clean, well stocked and with beach/ocean views as well. Easy access to beach. Great location. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"Perfect studio apartment! Kitchen well equipped with a wide variety of pots/pans/measuring tools/dishes/knives. Small refrigerator, but large enough to hold essentials and several grocery stores near by. Space was clean with a vacuum provided for sand patrol! Covered outdoor space for relaxing. Easily walkable beach access( bikes also provided) Hosts very friendly! Would most certainly stay there again."

"We enjoyed our short stay (4 nts) at this Emerald Isle Retreat. The location is great - walking distance to many restaurants and close to the bike trail. It's just a few minutes walk down the street (10 houses or so) to the neighborhood's private beach boardwalk. The neighborhood looks like most homes are owner-occupied, so the beach was not too crowded. The house was clean and neat, and it was more than sufficient for our stay. "When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10."

"Unit well stocked for our needs. Clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings. I do wish master bath had a safety bar in it or grippers on the floor. Loved having the elevator. The security alarm system, in a locked closet on master floor, faulted and started beeping every 10 seconds at 3 am which ruined my sleep that night. The rental company had someone there by 9 am to remedy this. Otherwise, we loved it."
