A luggage room with a hand-basin is also located on this level, along with a shower room complete with bidet and WC. The ground floor opens directly onto the garden and the private patio, which benefit from both south and east facing orientations. On the upper floor, 3 double bedrooms are arranged to accommodate a total of 6 guests in comfort. A second bathroom on this level is equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, and a double hand-basin. Both floors benefit from gas heating and floor heating, ensuring a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay.
