Welcome to 3-Shy Ranch, a peaceful 40-acre Texas ranch located approximately 90 minutes south of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Whether you're looking for a relaxing country getaway, a place to gather with family and friends, or a beautiful setting for a special occasion, 3-Shy Ranch offers plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.

Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee on the porch, take a walk down the country road, or simply sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. In the evening, watch one of our beautiful Texas sunsets, gather around the fire, roast s'mores, and enjoy a night sky filled with stars.

Main Ranch Accommodations – Sleeps 8

Our spacious main barndominium comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds and provides a welcoming home base for your stay.

NEW! Two Bunkhouses Available as Add-Ons

Need room for a larger group? Our two newly completed bunkhouses are now available as optional add-ons to your stay.

A beautiful open breezeway connects the two bunkhouses, creating a wonderful shared space while still allowing each bunkhouse to have its own private sleeping and bathroom accommodations.

Reserve one bunkhouse or both, depending on the size of your group.

With the Main Ranch and both bunkhouses, 3-Shy Ranch can provide overnight accommodations for up to 24 guests in beds.

Bunkhouses are optional add-ons and are not included in the standard Main Ranch nightly rental rate. Please contact us for availability and additional pricing.

One of our favorite features of 3-Shy Ranch is our large, fully covered outdoor kitchen and gathering area. This isn't just a little patio with a grill — it's a true Texas-sized space designed for bringing people together!

There's plenty of room for everyone to gather for morning coffee, cook meals, share dinner, celebrate a special occasion, or simply relax together while enjoying the ranch surroundings.

And because the area is completely under roof, your group can enjoy the space without letting a little Texas sunshine — or an unexpected rain shower — spoil the fun.

Nearby, you'll also find our stage and dance floor, making this area especially fun for family reunions, celebrations, weddings, graduation gatherings, and other special events.
