Stepnica is a true paradise for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility, as well as for active vacationers – whether on land or water. On one side stretch the expansive forests of the Goleniów Forest (Puszcza Goleniowska), while on the other lies the Szczecin Lagoon, ideal for water sports. Tourists can expect well-developed bathing areas, miles of hiking and cycling trails, marinas, and equipment rentals – and above all, an exceptionally rich natural landscape. It is also home to the largest population of white-tailed eagles in Poland (and one of the largest in Europe).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The landlord lives on the same property. There is a paddling pool for the children.
