“Upon arrival, it was evident upon arrival that the place had not been cleaned--debris & hairballs on the floors and in the nightstand drawers, thick dust on the baseboards, bedroom blinds don't fully close, 2 worn-out bath towels for a booking for 4 adults, car with broken windows in the parking area.
