“Location was great, definitely amazing way to disconnect for a couple days with the family. Only had 1 problem which was the stove top not working but besides that everything else was great.”

“Very nice and inexpensive motel, about 20 minutes from Binghamton. No frills but clean room, comfortable beds, hot shower, plenty of towels, quiet stay. Pleasant check-in. We came in late, and the staff called us earlier in the evening to be sure we were still planning to arrive. Well worth the relatively low fee.”

“Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...

Lot's of bedrooms/sleeping options and plenty of room for different activities at the same time. Beds and furniture were comfortable with many reading nooks and napping options. Well appointed and stocked kitchen. Most impressed with the dining table. First time our entire family could eat together at one table. Lot's of water activity options...

“Our family gathered here to celebrate our grandson’s graduation from Binghamton. This beautiful home was the perfect place for our large family to come together, laugh, share memories, and celebrate such a special milestone. We will always remember the warmth and comfort of this house and the wonderful time we spent enjoying each other’s company here.”
