“We loved everything about our stay. The house was beautiful and stocked with all you would need. The kids spent lots of time in the pool and a quiet beach was only 2 miles down the road. In the area, we kayaked, paddle boarded, bowled and found a couple of great restaurants. But the cherry on top was the sunset. Every evening we gathered in the great room and watched the sun go down. The kids said it was the best Michigan vacation we've every had. ”

“Such a beautiful home with amazing amenities! My husband loves to cook so we always make sure to book a place with a kitchen and this one is very stocked with cookware compared to usual rentals. All types of coffee makers too. Regular machine drip, chemex, aero press, and of course really great beans provided by the host. Plus 2 bikes available for use! Very happy with this place and Marcus was super responsive via text and checked in to make sure we were set up ok. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at the 1888 house while visiting for the weekend. The beds were comfortable though I did wish some of the seating options were more aware of comfort rather than just looks, but we made it work with the couch! We would totally stay here again because it was by far the most affordable and cute little spot in the area. The host was super responsive and communicated quickly when needed. ”
