The living area combines the lounge and kitchen in one open space: a practical and bright environment with a dining table, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, complete with oven, microwave, refrigerator and useful utensils for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners independently at home.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a complete bathroom with shower, featuring spacious and functional areas.

The location makes it easy to get around on foot and reach the centre, restaurants, bars and main services. It is an ideal base for those who want to experience Stintino in a simple and relaxed way, alternating beach days, walks along the harbour and dinners in typical local restaurants.

From here, you can also easily reach the most famous beaches in the area, including La Pelosa, one of Sardinia’s most iconic destinations, known for its crystal-clear sea and Caribbean-like colours.

Check-in & Management:
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €300 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable.

In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival.
