“This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!”

“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. "En general el hotel está bien, es de estilo clásico, es un hotel céntrico y las camas son cómodas. Como aspectos negativos decir que el parking del hotel es pequeño y en seguida se quedan sin plazas debiendo dejar el vehículo en el parking exterior de la estación de trenes que hay en frente. En nuestro caso nos encontramos con que la ducha no funcionaba correctamente, por un lado estaba atascado el desagüe, pero sobretodo que el magnetotermico de la ducha estaba estropeado y solo salia agua muy caliente por lo que ducharse fue una odisea."
