The best part of the stay was the attentiveness of the property manager. However, when you pay 7400 for a one month stay you would think the house would come with all things. There was one tv in four bedroom house. No outside furniture. The property manager did bring another tv and brought some chairs for outside. That is why I would give them the stars they had. The house had no serving dishes. I had to go out and buy some stuff. In addition the house was not all clean. The sheets were stained and dirty so upon arrival we had to wash the sheets in two rooms. The windows were filthy. When we turned the water on to shower it was brown water. We had to rub the water for 3-5 minutes before showering to get it to a cream color. There was a stain on the carpet and red on the walls. The living room and dining room furniture was staging furniture and extremely uncomfortable. I hope they change some things because the house is beautiful and has potential. The upset lift could use something. A tv, games, etc. if you rent this house you need to know you are walking into bare minimum.
