The holiday home is located separately on the owner's residential property in a quiet location on the outskirts of Stolpe. It is approx. 1 km to a swimming area on the Szczecin Lagoon. The restaurant in the village is about 700 metres away. It extends over two floors and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is equipped on the ground floor with a living room with upholstered furniture, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio, an open mini-kitchen with electric hob (2 hotplates), fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The bedroom with a double bed and a lounger is located on the upper floor and can be reached via a staircase. The apartment has insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and an additional electric heater: WLAN, furnished terrace with barbecue, 1 sun lounger, bicycle storage and car park. There is also a sunbathing lawn and play equipment for children on the property.included in the total price: Bed linen, water and energy consumption. You must bring your own towels.



Stolpe is a small village with a castle worth seeing in beautiful, wooded surroundings on the island of Usedom. Stolpe is located in Usedom Switzerland, about 3 km from the Szczecin Lagoon with swimming opportunities. There is a restaurant right next to the castle. A variety of events and cultural highlights take place there and in the castle. There is also a bakery in the village. In the immediate vicinity of Stolpe (about 5 km away) there is also a falconry centre and a bison enclosure. The town of Usedom with shopping facilities is about 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is about 23 km away.
