Hi Rusty, We are very concerned and confused. Upon checking, the cabinets are filled with extra paper towels. The storage we mentioned had extra towels. The lock worked and functioned perfectly fine upon our arrival, but as you mentioned, you did not know how to lock it. The process involves simply pressing the button or entering the code again. This property is not marketed with a TV, the only remote we found was for the light. We offered to help. After reviewing everything, a 1-star review seems highly unnecessary, as the items mentioned were all there. There is a support in the middle of the bed, At a glance, it was realized it had tipped over. We offered you a discount regardless of these matters. We wish you the best.

Unfortunately, this review is false and only placed due to the guest demanding a refund and payment for their hotel even though everything was as advertised exactly. The photos are exactly as reality (better now! Theres a new fence for further privacy! ) and we gladly will video chat with any future guest who is pushed away by this false review. The property is in story, which is in the mountains, there were also rude statements placed and refunding for them not using the map prior does violate our policy, so we tried to find a solution but this guest would rather leave a false review and demand money than meet us in the middle as the property is as express, story is a very peaceful town and many guests love the location. We wish this guest would have been truthful to what they told us, when sharing a review, but that's okay, call us with any concerns future guests, we've got you taken care of :)
