“Our stay was great. It’s a comfortable one-room treehouse (perfect size for a couple) about 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs. It was clean and the amenities were good. Only complaints are that the mattress was very concaved and uncomfortable, and that the coffee maker was dirty and didn’t work very well (easy fixes for the property managers so nothing to worry about).
