The condo itself was absolutely top notch from all perspectives. It was well decorated with comfortable furniture and all necessary amenities. We cooked in all 3 nights and found it well appointed with excellent appliances. It was very pricey relative to other similar units, but we booked fairly late. The only other issues was a very difficult check-in process if you do not use valet parking. The garage is far away from the Lodge entrance.

Our large family enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo with a beautiful view of the mountain. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Our communication with Missy was outstanding and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Our grandchildren had so much fun learning to ski and swimming in the pool. Valet parking made it so easy and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We would love to visit again.

Ski Vacation

This is a great property, and we would stay again. The Lodge is a great location for family trips. The three adjoining rooms, each with their own door and bathroom worked great for us so the teen girls, teen boys and Parents could enjoy some quite time when needed but gather in the central kitchen, dining, and family room. The owner was communicative and helpful. Only negatives I can say was that at this price-point you would not expect to pay for daily parking and the hallways can get loud… just the cost of being at the Lodge. Great property, highly recommend.

Family/friends ski

Family and friends quick ski trip was a blast. Room for everyone and fully equipped with everything you might need. Last day was a ski bust, but still enjoyed our time with the pool and game room/arcade. Service in the restaurants was ok, the food was good and everyone was very nice. The host was great to communicate with. Definitely recommend and will re-book if we come back to ski Stowe.

Modern Three Bedroom Inside the Lodge

This is a beautiful modern unit inside the Lodge at Spruce Peak. There are three connecting bedrooms with a living room and kitchen. Plenty of amenities such as kitchen utensils, extra towels, blankets and pillows. The host has promptly responded to all of our requests including pre-ordering groceries. We've stayed here several times before and plan to return again.

Ski Getaway

The Lodge at Spruce Peak is a great location for skiing, dinner/drinks, skating and relaxing without ever having to get back in the car. The accommodations were nice, clean, and accurate to the listing and photos.

Condo within Lodge at Spruce Peak

Location of this property is perfect for a Stowe mountain vacation, being within the Lodge and having access to all Lodge amenities. Check in was a breeze with bellmen to help with bags and access to the ski valet services. The property itself is 3 units joined into one (think master suite; king room; and double room). The large original, double "connecting room" style doors between the three units leaves the flow from room to room a little disjointed, but not too bad. Kitchen and furnishings are all super. Communication with the owner was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location Location! Stay Here, you WON'T be disappointed

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2022. Our entire stay was wonderful. The check-in process was a breeze, with valet service for the car, bellmen at the ready to help with luggage and check your skis. The condo exceeded our every expectation. The place was very well appointed with new furniture, fixtures and appliances were new and complemented the condo perfectly. The condo is spacious and allows everyone to have their own space with a large gathering space where everyone can come together for meals, drinks, and fun. GREAT views of Stowe mountain and getting to the slopes was a breeze. Your skis are waiting for you each morning in a ski rack just outside and from there its a quick walk to the Easy Over Gondola or Spruce Peak lifts. At the end of the ski day, you place your skis back in the rack and head back to the condo; it's that easy. We've stayed at dozens of slope-side rentals and this is by far the nicest condo with the best amenities. Ray (the owner) is the perfect host, available for anything you need and was quick to offer suggestions for dining and entertainment to make your stay more enjoyable.

Wonderfully convenient to the Stowe gondola

Just steps from the front door of the lodge were the gondola, shops and ice skating rink We took full advantage of the lodge guests ski valet and room valet Arriving with tons of luggage was very simple with the assistance of the parking valets. If you are coming in on a Sunday, it might be best to not arrive at peak hour of 4pm . They get quite backed up. The unit is beautiful, modern, and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Throw in an amazing view of the slopes and you have the perfect ski vacation. We also visited the spa for services, went to tipsy trout and hilldale inn. Highly recommend all three ( all located within the building)

Great Condo with Perfect Location

This was our second stay this season. It was wonderful. The condo is clean, spacious, newly renovated, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect too. We have really enjoyed staying there. It's a perfect location, with easy access to all the Lodge has to offer as well as Stowe Mountain Resort.

Perfect Condo in the Lodge

We’ve stayed at many rooms in the Lodge over the years but this one is among the most beautiful and spacious. It has a modern feel that is also warm and true to its mountain location. Ray and his team take care of every detail from extra towels and linens to a well equipped kitchen. The location inside the Lodge means that restaurants, spa and pool are just steps away. This is especially important on stormy days when driving could be treacherous. We also like that the fact we can let our kids out to explore the hotel on their own. Stowe is a special place and this is a perfect home. We hope to back soon.

Perfect Place!

We had a terrific time at Steps Away. The unit is recently renovated and has large bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice kitchen and living area. It could not have been more comfortable for us, and we were happy having most of our meals there. Since it is part of the Lodge at Spruce Peak, you also get the amenities from the hotel, including room service and the ski valet. It was perfect!

Wonderful Holiday Getaway

The location can't be beat. We always prefer ski-in/ski-out properties but the added benefit of being in the lodge and near everything allowed the children some independence and overall simplicity and flexibility. The dining choices were top notch and the host even recommended a few gourmet shop options with takeout family meals. The ski valet made things easy as well. The units are spacious and comfortable, very tasteful upgrades and a nice view. Washer/dryer and full kitchen was a welcome amenity! We will be back for sure!
