The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to most sites in Strasbourg.Having a washer/dryer in the rental was very helpful.The apartment was clean however the pullout sofa was very dirty with particles of food, crumbs, etc., and the sofa cushions do not stay in place well, sliding out of place when you sit on it, making it uncomfortable.The cookware/sauté pans could use a refresh as they seem very worn out and flaking. Our biggest complaint/concern was that we consistently lacked hot water every afternoon/evening so nobody was able to comfortably shower at night. We only had hot water in the mornings, and we were gone each and every day for many hours (8-10 hours) so there’s no chance that we used too much water. I called the Support phone number and somebody did communicate with us via WhatsApp, however, there was no follow-through and the problem never got resolved. I also emailed our concern about the lack of hot water, but nobody got back to me.
