  • During your stay in THE SEVENTIES, relive in the 70s! <br>The studio overlooks the back of the building, in a quiet area and is ideally located in the Neudorf district, close to the city center within walking distance, and benefiting from all local shops: bakery, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, ...<br>Motorway and public transportation access are less than 5 minutes away! The train station is only 10 minutes away by tram (direct line). <br>A private parking space in the residence is available with the apartment.<br><br>The accommodation: <br>The Seventies can accommodate up to 3 adults and a baby thanks to the Queen size bed, an extra bed and a travel cot always available in the apartment. <br><br>The Seventies is equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay of any length.<br>Kitchen: <br>Combined microwave and oven oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, coffee, tea, herbal teas, sugar.<br>Shower room: <br>Soap, towels, bath towels, bath mat, hairdryer, first aid kit<br>Bedroom: <br>TV with access to the operator's channels, bed linen, duvet cover, 65x65 cm pillows and ergomics<br>Safety: smoke detector.<br>A dedicated workspace with internet access with very high-speed fibre. <br><br>You can share a meal on the terrace without direct vis-à-vis.<br><br>Other information to note: <br>In the apartment you will find a book (French/English) with all the activities to see/do in Strasbourg and Alsace! Notice to epicureans, you will find in this book the addresses that for us, are essential to have a good time and enjoy good meals.<br><br>The cleaning package does not include emptying the bins, the fridge, cleaning and storing the dishes. In case of non-compliance, you may be asked for an additional fee. Séjour très bien, la location est très bien pour un couple avec un enfant, environnement peu bruyant, les consignes d’arrivée sont au top… manque juste des linges de cuisine mais globalement satisfaisant.

Tout était parfait.Emplacement très pratique avec une place de parking sécurisée. Quartier très vivant et calme à la fois.Se déplacer en vélo à partir de ce logement est un vrai plus, possibilité de garer les vélos.

We liked the fact that although it’s a studio, it is very spacious ( our luggages were not in the way). We also liked very much the location: 10 min walk to the center of the city, yet lots of things to do right around the corner. The large balcony and the private parking are big pluses. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. All in all, we would come back gladly

Wonderful communication from booking to check in from the host, Laura. Instructions for accessing the apartment and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was great to have a place close to the city center as we were visiting the Christmas markets (about a 15 minute walk) that also had parking for our car and a washer to do some laundry since we’d been traveling for about 10 days. There were plenty of restaurants and wonderful bakeries on the walk and we loved trying many of them. I highly recommend if you want a quiet neighborhood where you can safely park a car and get a good nights sleep while exploring Strasbourg.

Schöne Unterkunft zum fairen Preis. Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

We loved our brief stay at Antoine and Laura’s apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches - Antoine & Laura clearly have put some effort into the apartment. 25 minute walk to the old town; secure parking; lovely little balcony; good patisserie/bakery five minutes walk away; quiet residential area but restaurants and shopping centre just 5-10 minutes on foot. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment and would certainly stay here again.

Sehr schönes Apartment im Zentrum,trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Schnell zu fuß in der Altstadt,wo wir das Lichtspiel an der Kathedrale genießen konnten Viele kleine Lokale die zum Essen einladen. Immer wieder gerne. Danke für die schöne Zeit

Very easy to get to Christmas market from this flat. Laura and Antoine provided easy instructions and pictures to access the flat. There was a tram very close making it easy to get around. Highly recommend to others.

Great stopover and great host

Great place especially for those driving in to Strasbourg. Public transport only meters away. Well equipped. Pleasant and helpful host. Secured. Practical for a short or longer stay. Go for it :-)

Bonjour, Je suis passé par le site abritel et je me retrouve avec un site inconnu qui ne communique qu’en anglais…. Je n’ai pas trouvé le moyen de traduire les explications et de proposer le déroulement en Français. C’est vraiment dommage. Je ne suis pas sur de repasser par vos solutions Cordialement

The booking system through Expedia was terrible. I believe it’s an associated website of Abritel and it appears the owner of the properties instructions didn’t carry over to Expedia. We subsequently had very little instruction as to get access to the property. Weather this was the fault of the owner or not, once the owner was made aware of this they weren’t very understanding or helpful. They kept telling me instructions were ‘emailed’ when I hadn’t received anything. They didn’t take any accountability or apologise for any inconvenience, and their communication was in my opinion immature. The room had a few issues, it had dust built up in places, the light from appliances at night was very bright (I had to go and switch everything off at the power socket), the kettle was disgusting, the doors had dirt from people’s hands and the fold out bed for our 4 year old collapsed under barely any weight and we had to sit the mattress on the floor. It has a good location for the town centre and Christmas market, and would probably suit someone for a night, but overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

Authentic modern location for a short stay in Strasbourg

This is a pleasant, quiet, bedsit apartment on the third or fourth floor of a modern high rise block, in a quiet street just outside central Strasbourg, with excellent (inexpensive) tram links into the heart of the city a short stroll away. The check-in instructions were clear and worked smoothly. The availability of secure off-street car parking was a great advantage, and the balcony of the flat overlooks the rear of the property, enabling us to keep an eye on our vehicle, while enjoying a view across the small gardens and apartments on the other side of the small car park. The kitchenette is compact but perfectly adequate for a short stay, and for cups of tea, and snack meals. The coffee machine was impressive and tempting, but there were no English instructions, so we didn’t risk trying to use it. The bathroom facilities including shower were good. The host’s liaison was excellent, and their conscientiousness and help in returning a forgotten jacket was much appreciated. We couldn’t get the tv to work on streaming services, but the wifi was fine. The decor and design in the apartment is fun, and we enjoyed having a wine and cheese supper on the balcony in the evening, a valuable bonus. An authentic modern French experience.

Ήσυχη περιοχή, εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο με το τραμ. Μαγαζιά σε κοντινή απόσταση για τα απαραίτητα. Ιδιωτικό πάρκιγκ σε προστατευμένο χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα για 3 άτομα είναι μικρό. Δεν υπάρχει ντουλάπα παρά μόνο μια κρεμάστρα . Το πρόσθετο κρεβάτι ήταν ένα ράντσο με τσαλακωμένα σεντόνια στο οποίο μόλις ξάπλωνε ο γιος μου έπεφταν τα μεσαία πόδια και για να μπορέσει να κοιμηθεί αναγκαστήκαμε να κλείσουμε όλα τα πόδια του κρεβατιού οπότε ουσιαστικά κοιμόταν στο πάτωμα. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου είχαν μια μυρωδιά υγρασίας
