Perfect for my daughter and I. Nice place, great location. Felt very private and safe, walkable to festival theatre and restaurants/shops downtown. Owner very sweet and attentive.

A very hospitable owner couple attended the guests at restored old homes. The accommodations were as one would expect staying in 100+ year old houses, character without frills. The location was easy walking distance to the theaters and downtown the town dedicated to live theater.

Very much enjoyed our stay (7 nights). Had a suite with a kitchenette counter, was very comfortable. Convenient location for restaurants and the theatres. Look forward to staying there the next time we’re in town.

We stayed in the room with Twin XL beds, decorated in pleasing neutral colors--unlike many B&Bs, which seem to have been put together somewhat arbitrarily. Our suite felt like a pied a terre. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Andrew and his wife were so accommodating, and fulfilled any request on the spot. I have to say, they are quite an amazing couple. I was blown away when Andrew told us he did all the renovations himself, they were so professional. Breakfast was generous and tasty, worth the surcharge. The camaraderie of the guests at breakfast was fun, and in my experience, a rare experience at B&Bs. All and all, a stay again.

Everything was close & within walking distance. Having parking on site was a plus since parking downtown can be challenging. Owners were very nice & even though we didn’t need them I know they would have been very helpful. Having stayed in the luxury suite next to inn was a bonus with a comfortable recliner & kitchenette. We will plan on staying there on our next visit to Stratford.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful - but the space itself was like a boarding house. Not at all in keeping with what one would expect for 2026. I booked the room thinking I was paying in Canadian dollars at $235/night- and was shocked by that price when I saw it in person. BUT: When I learned a few days later that it was $235 USD - $344.90 CAD - I was livid. No place that looks like this has any right to charge almost $350 per night. I would totally encourage you stay there if they charge $120 CAD per night.

What a nice "find" among Stratford's hold house inns and b&bs. We stayed in the luxury suite which was spacious, clean, comfortable and amazingly quiet even though it faces one of Stratford's main thoroughfares (great soundproofing). Plus the most quiet, comfortable air system we've ever encountered. Free parking, within walking distance to downtown's restaurants and shops (try Fellini's for Italian, Features for breakfast or lunch). Breakfast at Ambassador's Inn is a real treat and host Andrew attends to every need. A-1.

No breakfast included, place was clean but not spacious, Kin bed filled bedroom. TV was limited and no radio, coffee and small fridge, long steep climb to 2nd floor unit wit slight smell of spices in hall, well located close to restaurants and theatre in leafy neighbourhood.

The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was good quality and we appreciated the cream supplied instard of powdered creamer. We enjoyed the quiet balcony and the comfortable bed. We were in the King Suite on the 2nd floor - there is an unexpected step down into the kitchen to be aware of in low light. Guests at The Inn can purchase a hearty breakfast at the B&B next door. The proprietor Andrew was friendly and gracious and made our stay a true pleasure.

Andrew Pang and his wife are gracious, friendly and helpful hosts. Their breakfasts were delicious. The beds were very comfortable for my back and my arthritis.

Property was difficult to find when driving at nighttime. Had to circle the block a couple of times. Liked that it was convenient to walk to theatres and restaurants. There was a nice big mirror in the entrance downstairs. Would have been helpful to have a full length mirror in the room as well, so I can see myself when getting dressed to go out. Bed was very comfortable. Nice big window to let sun and light in. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

We cannot say enough about this great Inn. Taking a chance, we booked a suite to enjoy four days of theatre at Stratford. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the hosts and their charming Inn. We will definitely reserve again for next years’ festival.
