Brand New! Downtown Stratford: The Blowes Inn 3C: 2 Bedrooms

Beautifully designed, brand new apartments located in the heart of downtown, across from City Hall. Enjoy the perfect blend of modern comfort and heritage charm in a stunning 1875 building that’s been completely reimagined. Be greeted by spacious, bright interiors with 12-foot ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. Your suite features a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, and stylish modern finishes. *Suite is on the third floor, a distance of about 25 stairs.

Our suites are located within a beautifully restored heritage building above Blowes Cards & Gifts, our family-owned retail store that has been a local staple for over 75 years. We invite you to stop in and browse, many of the décor pieces throughout our suites come directly from the shop!

Also located in the building is Sculpt+Sweat Studio, a brand-new pilates studio offering visitor passes for guests looking to fit in a workout during their stay.

Please note: Our building is stair access only and does not have an elevator. If stairs are a concern, we recommend entering from the Erie Street parking lot, where the climb is divided into several shorter sections with landings between them. The 30 Wellington Street entrance consists of one continuous flight of stairs. Complimentary public parking is available nearby at the Cooper Lot (105 St. Patrick Street), just a short one-block walk from the building. Paid parking is located right off of the back of our building in the Erie Street parking lot (91 Erie Street).

Welcome to Suite 3C—your two-bedroom, one-bathroom home away from home in the heart of Stratford. Both bedrooms feature a full-length mirror, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and room-darkening curtains for a restful night’s sleep, one room boasts a king-sized bed and the other a cozy queen-sized bed. In the living room, you’ll find a Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating, along with books, games, and puzzles to enjoy during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, plus a complimentary basket of goodies to welcome you. You’ll also have the convenience of in-suite laundry and a full bathroom with a tub.
