“We arrived at hotel a few hours before check in and I was not informed by reception that the spa was being closed early at 4.30pm due to maintenance work.
When we checked in at 3pm we were then informed by a different member of staff the spa facilities were being closed early at 5pm, the spa actually closed at 4.30pm.
We spent about 45 minutes in the spa before closing.

“Food was great, breakfast included in stay with lots of choice. Also ate in pub the 2 nights we stayed and quality of food was great. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but as some other reviews stated paintwork etc needs update and refresh but very comfy bed”

“Hotel is lovely, very clean and fresh looking, looks like new. Even the cheapest rooms big and very nice.
Quiet, can’t hear traffic or people banging doors in corridor.
Only issue is you can’t get lunch in bar/restaurant not open til 3pm, the lovely coffee shop in atrium is open and has sandwiches etc but I’m gluten free so wasn’t much choice.
