“There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“Motel is reasonably clean, and one of the cleaning staff members was especially helpful and friendly. The owners were also welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment. Our room at the back had no block-out curtains, and the bright security lights from the neighbouring car dealership made the room very bright throughout the night. “Having a restaurant for dinner and breakfast onsite is a great asset. Food is fresh and tasty. Car Parking in front of rooms suited us perfectly and not far to walk to shops for necessities.”
