Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para revisar su reciente estadía con nosotros.Lamentamos que no hayas podido disfrutar de nuestro desayuno. Se supone que el desayuno termina a las 9 (de lunes a viernes), a las 9:30 (los fines de semana) y no antes. Nuevamente, gracias por quedarse con nosotros durante estos tiempos inusuales.

Affordable but clean/comfortable stay
This hitel is conveniently located with regards to poconos things to do and foid options. They have a standard daily breakfast with both cold and hot options. There is a 24hr fitness room, as well as a pool/hot tub. They have coffee/tea available around the clock and they even bake cookies every now and then for the patrons. I really enjoyed my stay here- the rooms where clean, modern, and were extemely comfoetable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and make you very quite welcome. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

It was an excellent vacation for me and my husband, and staying at this hotel made it unique beautiful hotel, clean and have decent workers. The only issue we had was over the weekend they had a lot of guests that had younger kids and the hallway was very noisy and the family next to our room was super noisy. If they can try and control the noise by letting parents know that they should at least try and help there kids know that in hotels you don't run around and make noise because some people are there to get some rest and don't need to be disturbed, I think that will be nice.( Though I know it can be difficult). But other than that we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Excellent service 👌. Thank you.

Not usually what I encounter
Negatives: I got bit along my body from something in the bed through the night. The pillows didn't hold up for a nights stay. The water continued to fluxuate from warm to hot to cold and back again without touching the handle and the breakfast was not quite what i typically get from this company. Positives: Check in was quick and courteous. The location was ideal to shop, eat and access multiple mountain locations. The pool and fitness center were maintained and easy to access.

Front desk staff was extremely nice during our entire stay, able to accommodate us with two rooms adjacent to each other. Rooms were spacious and clean, property was well kept. Nice coffee/tea station throughout the day!

Such a bad experience had neighbors wre acting like savages all night and end up fighting eachother at 4am. Called to report nose and the lady in the front desk said she CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MEANWHILE THAT HAVE SIGNS ALL OVER THE FACILITY STATING QUITE TIME FROM 10PM TO 7AM. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Perfect location for a stay in the Poconos! Just off 611 and interstate 80. Lots of food nearby. Friendly staff. Clean, comfy, large room with quiet thermostat and mini refrigerator. Easy parking. Free and delicious breakfast!

After driving 3 hours to reach your location, we checked in. Within approximately 30-60 minutes, we saw a bed bug. We took a picture, enlarged it and brought the bug and the picture to the front desk. We requested to check out and be refunded for our reservation. Although your staff offered to move us to a different room, this was unreasonable because we had already learned that there are bed bugs in your hotel and it made us feel uncomfortable. We are aware that your staff on duty, Tatyana and Jennifer, contacted you to authorize a refund. However, none was given, pending “an investigation”. Since we presented the bed bug, we don’t understand what investigation is needed and why we were not immediately refunded. We didn’t cancel the reservation, we showed up for it and we were met with substandard conditions in your hotel that could result in our having an infestation in our home. We asked to speak with you directly but your staff refused to call you back. They tried to say perhaps it was just a tick, as if somehow that does not reflect substandard cleaning. We left the hotel and tried to find alternate sleeping arrangements. Just for context, we drove from your hotel to a Hilton, and the front desk said they were full, but nonetheless, they immediately starting calling local hotels to try to help us find a room. We could not find alternate sleeping arrangements. We had to drive hours back home Days later.We were issued a refund of half we wanted a total refund...

I apologize for the inconvenience that you have encountered during your short stay with us. What was brought to the front desk along with a photo, did not resemble a bed bug. I understand that even the thought of bed bugs being in the room made you uncomfortable, therefore our staff has offered to move you into a different room so that you could sleep with peace of mind. Our staff did everything that they could do to accommodate you best of their abilities. Upon your departure, our leadership team has thoroughly investigated the room, as they are trained to do so in these circumstances. After an extensive search, they did not find any evidence of bed bugs in the room. Due to the inconvenience that this situation has caused you, we have refunded half of the amount you paid.
