“AVOID THIS HOTEL. December 2025 — the room was so filthy it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Greasy, streaky stains all down the bathroom door. The paint was dark gray around the doorknobs from layers of grime. The couch looked like it had been sitting on a street corner for a month. Dark, streaking stains on the wall by the bed. The bedding and towels smelled of cigarettes. After years of staying in budget hotels in and around Chiang Mai and SE Asia, I can honestly say that this...

“this property is found above a bar. the bar is open late in the afternoon and closes at midnight. so, unless you're a asleep at 9pm person. this won't bother you. it was very difficult to find at first because of the bar thing. it is also right on the main road. that's a 50/50 for convivence versus car noise. but, the bed was comfy and clean. they had offered snacks and some ramen noodles. this place is still recommendedable.”
