“The stay here was great. It was a very clean condo and mostly comfortable. The only thing was that the bed could have been a little more soft, but that is my preference. Everything else was perfect. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions.”

“Came in for the CCM World Invite hockey tournament which was spread across 3 arenas across the city. The property was a great location and easy access to those arenas. Our host was great. Very responsive and made our visit enjoyable.”

“My wife and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment had plenty of room, was nicely decorated. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook a full meal (which we did not). The bed is very comfortable. Ride service to downtown averaged $25. It was perfect.”

“I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

“I was attending a conference at the Donald Stephens Convention Center and this location was very convenient to both the event and numerous food/shopping options. Worked out very well and the property manager was easy to communicate with through the process.”

“we were a group of seven, aged 18 months to 66 years. the flat was great. with the three bedrooms, queen beds in two rooms, two twins in the other, plus a pack’n play for the youngest, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. also great that we were able to make breakfast in the mornings! the neighborhood was fantastic! very friendly people, so quiet, plenty of on street parking (no permits required!!!) easy communication with the host. great price! we appreciated the welcome booklet. flat was...

“I had this reservation for over two months. The Owner confirmed the reservation and on the day of the rental I sent them a note about getting access to the property and they informed me they rented to some one else and that I should call VRBO for a refund. They accepted the money then stated they forgot about my rental. Do not rent from this owner! However so far CRBO is backing up their promise.”

“Loved the location. Went to an event at the Allstate Arena and didn’t want to spend the night in a motel. It was the perfect spot!”

“My stay at the Luv Happy House was the perfect getaway for my birthday. The house looks exactly like it is listed which is so beautiful! I loved everything about this place nd the host was very responsive, even when i called her at 11:00pm because I had a hard time finding the place. “Very clean and newly updated. Everything was clean and well kept. The apartment is right on top of the active railroad tracks so guests should be aware. It was a little difficult to find the exact building because the street number is not on the outside of the building and the lock box was in a spot that was hard to find in the dark. Once we were in everything was great!”

“This apartment fit our needs perfectly. The room sizes are generous and the kitchen is appropriately set up for short term stays. The Owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. The apartment is located in a good area with very good access to major roads, shopping, services, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay”
