“This by far is my favourite hostal in India. The beds are so comfy, the showers have hot water all the time, and the staff are constantly cleaning! The kitchen is very well equipped which was great, and the staff were so, so lovely and kind, and go out of their way to help you. Priya the owner, takes such pride in the hostal and that’s why the space is so beautiful. Great hostal if you want a good rest, in a great location, and also if you want to socialise there are nice common areas to meet...

“There is clearly a breakdown in communication between Hotels.com/Experia and the Hotel, because on the website it states a free airport shuttle service is offered, but when calling ahead to book I established that wasn't the case under my particular booking. Furthermore, even my confirmation stated I should receive free wifi and free breakfast, but I had to pay for breakfast and the wifi wasn't working. “Good hotel not near Mumbay, not expensive with local trains and metro to reach the city and vero near the airport”

“Close to airport so thuoght will be good to stay before early flight. The staff were very nice but all the other things were bad. The private room we booked was dirty. The flour was sticky, the walls were with stains all over, blankets without cover, matress hard and bed making nise on every turn. Window high and can not open. Felt like a prison room. Maybe good for backpackers but for what we paid a real bad experience.”

“Booking was not confirmed by hotels.com when I reached there till Mrng.so there was an issue. Flush not working in the bathroom.had to use jetspray. No lights in few showers.atleast there was hot water. The corner part of the dormitory did not get enough AC. There were huge snorers so it’s hard to sleep there and the room echoes. “Positivt: Fungerende wifi, et ganske udmærket område, tv (meget lille) på værelset Negativt: Dårlig service (ubehøvlet personale), ingen udluftning, ingen vinduer på værelset, aircondition fungerede dårligt og nogle gange slet ikke. “My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

“I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.”
