  • Located 12 miles north of Suches just off Hyw 60 on Woodeye Circle. 400 ft. Pristine Toccoa River Frontage.

    Rustically Furnished home w/Dry Sauna, Granite & Hardwood Kitchen w/Center Island, Enormous Loft with Ping Pong table and Corner Stone Gas Log Fireplace.

    Step into the Clear, Cool Waters of the Rushing Toccoa. YEAR-AROUND Mountain Views. Wrap Around Porches w/Private Covered Porch off Master Bedroom directly on the Shoreline.

    Large deck on the river's edge to relax and watch the river.

    We provide 6 commercial grade tubes to float the river. There is a public access area (Deep Hole) about 1 & 1/2 miles upstream. Put in there and float back to the cabin!

    This 3BR 2BA 3000 sq ft. cabin features ENORMOUS ROOMS for that Ultra Spaciousness.

    Bring your fishing pole! The BEST fishing (catch and release), tubing & kayaking section of the River. ALL WOOD Interior w/Lots of Windows to Soak in the Best River & Mountain Views in ALL DIRECTIONS. Civilized Community with Paved Roads & Driveway.

    Minimum age rental limit is 28.

One of the most beautiful homes, clean, well decorated and comfortable, we have stayed at. The Suches area has wonderful fly fishing opportunities. Local guides are great.

The cabin was exactly as described. We enjoyed the porches, fishing deck and the river. It was a great place to stay. Highly recommend! It rained most of the weekend but we still enjoyed ourselves!

Is our 3rd year in a row staying at the Brown Cabin. The river view is beautiful and the fishing is excellent. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful location and a really nice cabin. The owners/host were very nice people with great communication and I loved the artwork, the decorative touches and seeing all the local birds and wildlife. I hope all guests follow the leave no trace rules. We had a blast tubing. I believe my granddaughter children will have great memories of this vacation.

This cabin and surrounding property are even more beautiful in person! We had an amazing vacation and made some wonderful memories. The kids had so much to do…fishing, tubing, s’mores by the campfire, ping pong, arcade golf, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals at the cabin. We enjoyed visiting Helen, 2 waterfall hikes and renting a boat for the day on Lake Blue Ridge. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

We rent a cabin every year in Northern Ga for the past 15 years and this cabin was our favorite so far! The views are amazing! Easy access to the river and great fishing! The cabin is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the deer, rabbits, and the chubby woodchucks. Short drive and hike to the swinging bridge where you can swim and picnic. We enjoyed a day of tubing on the river. Drop off for tubing is a few minutes down the road and can tube right back to the cabin! I can’t say how wonderful this place is. Rent it you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay by the river with incredible Mountain View’s! We have stayed at several place in the north Georgia mountains and this has by far been the best one. We definitely will be returning.

Great weekend! Cabin is beautiful and plenty of space and Amenities! This is definitely a must stay when you are looking for a relaxing getaway. We will definitely stay again for sure!
