Spacious and lovingly furnished holiday home for the whole family (max. 5 adults plus 2 extra beds for children (140cm x 70cm)) with its own garden and terrace.

The holiday home was built according to the latest standards and was completed in June 2014. It is characterized by an extremely quiet environment due to the dead end location / Tempo 30 zone. The house offers you peace and relaxation.

The house is tastefully and functionally furnished so that you can immediately feel at home even on vacation. There are three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has a large double bed. The other two are upstairs and are furnished with two and one with a single bed. Cots for children can be set up in the bedrooms (please reserve in advance when booking). On the ground floor and on the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower / toilet. On the ground floor you will find a combined kitchen / living room ("open living") with a fitted kitchen, living room cupboards, a wood-burning stove and a comfort couch with a sleeping and sleeping function. In the evening you can end the day comfortably with a fine drink in front of the fireplace. The house is barrier-free. However, it is not suitable for wheelchair users (door openings <95cm).

There is a sandpit, a trampoline, a swing with a slide and other toys on the property. You can let your children play with confidence thanks to the extremely quiet dead end location / Tempo 30 zone. In addition, a privacy-protected terrace with garden furniture in the open garden also belongs to the house. There is enough space for your bicycles and / or prams in the lockable garden shed belonging to the holiday home.

In the sauna, which is available for your sole use upstairs, you can give your body and mind back the energy you need in a steam bath or in a classic sauna. The house is low in allergens. To keep it that way, pets and smoking are not allowed.

Discover the beautiful surrounding nature and use the beautiful surroundings for long hikes, bike tours, fishing, water sports and much more. The "Great Sea" and the National Park / World Heritage Wadden Sea (North Sea) are waiting for your visit. The location of the house in the middle between Aurich, Emden and north as well as the good connection to the railway network make the holiday home the ideal starting point for cycling and exploring the most popular sights between Ems and Jade. In about 6 km you will find the town center with a supermarket, nightlife options such as. B. a restaurant, swimming pool and train station. The sea (North Sea) and the nearest sandy beach are about 20 km away.
