This vacation home/country house, located in East Frisia and completely renovated in 2020/21, is one of a kind. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens. It features 2 bedrooms (each with two 1.00 m x 2.00 m beds (guest bed 0.90 m x 2.00 m, a travel crib is available); each bedroom and the living room has a satellite TV, and Wi-Fi is free. There is a new bathroom with a 0.90 x 0.90 m shower, toilet, clothes dryer, and washing machine, as well as toiletries such as toilet paper, etc., provided on-site.

The spacious living room features a large couch with a table, individual seating areas, books, a reading lamp, and more.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and everything you need for daily use.

The kitchen offers storage space for groceries as well as kitchen appliances.

The garage houses a freezer, a shelf with trash bags, cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and more.

The fenced-in terrace (150 m² garden) at the back of the house, featuring an awning and wind/privacy screens, is the perfect spot to relax; all necessary garden furniture is provided. The garden is surrounded by rural scenery. The house is surrounded by approximately 1.5 hectares of green space, and the location is ideal for hiking, running, or taking the dog for a walk. In the garage, you’ll find food samples, dog shampoo, poop bags, and dog beds for your dog in case of an emergency.

A dog and horse boarding facility is located 80 m from the house.

This vacation home is ideal for families. The Rechtsupweg Zoo / www.birgits-tiergarten.de is only about 2,400 meters away and easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car.

The use of bed linens and towels, as well as electricity and gas, is included in the price.

The rural vacation home is located about 15 km from Norddeich, making all island ferries easily accessible. Shopping options are easily reachable by bike or car within 8 minutes. A Combi, Edeka, Lidl, Aldimarkt, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlor, Kik, Tedi, and bakeries (with Sunday bread rolls) and more are located in the neighboring town of Marienhafe, where you can also visit the Störtebeker Tower. The charming little town of Aurich is also about 16 km away, and Emden is 19 km away—both are very easy to reach and feature great weekly markets and other attractions.

This vacation home offers a wide variety of activities and is available to you on the day of arrival starting at 5:00 PM. On the day of departure, please return the vacation home and keys in person to the owner by 10:00 a.m.
