“todo pero no habia bañera”

“The room was not very clean, I traveled with other coworkers and one of them changed 2 times the room because it was impossible for her to open with the card/key that was given to her for the room, when I arrived the person at the reception charged me for the room, then when I left the property I made a revisión of my expenses i realized that I had already made the payment through Expedia before and, I called for a clarification to the hotel, they reimbursed me the money, however, if I had not...

“Great location in the heart of Warwick, NY. Easy to walk around town and visit the local restaurants!”

“Conveniently located and clean with an easy parking lot. The place was fine, but a pretty big disparity between the listing, professional feeling web interface, huge deposit and real life. Ultimately, it was ‘fine’ - comfortable and served the purpose for our trip. The coffee bar (Keurig with plenty of pods) and coffee pot was nice to have, but there was ONE coffee mug, two disposable cups, and one travel mug that seems to have been left behind. “The property is very clean and very nice. It is close to EVERYTHING. The only thing we had an issue with was the street noise.”

The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

There are clear labels on everything needed, in addition to instruction cards and QR codes for more information. All of the furnishings and accessories were top notch - it truly felt like a hotel stay. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to our needs, we...

“The unit was clean and warming. The bed was extremely comfortable, as was the couch. It was a perfect way to wind down after a day in nature! Will stay here again.”

“The host, Maria, was excellent in staying in touch and personally met me upon check-in and checkout. The location is very convenient for walking around downtown or easily drive to nearby outings.”
