“Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!”

“House Venus 2 was comfortable for our family of 8. Beds were cozy, kitchen was functional to make meals, and the location was perfect to walk around and explore Zermatt. “Overall, the place fit our needs. Communication leading up to our stay wasn’t the best. I imagine this is because I tried to communicate through the VRBO app and using WhatsApp would have worked better. The worst part about this home was the 75 stairs leading up to the door. This was mentioned on the listing so it didn’t come as a surprise but it did get old quickly. It was a little difficult to find the door number since it was faded but we eventually called and found it.”
