“The rooms are spotless clean and very nicely decorated. They serve a wonderful breakfast with high quality ingredients. The food at the restaurant was also very tasty and well prepared.
However, there are two problems. First they advertise the rooms having air conditioning. Only SOME rooms have air conditioning. Others (the ones in the new wing, have a what they call "cooling system". It, supposedly, cools the room without an y cold air coming from a vent or a panel. Mine did not made any...
“Charming independent hotel. Pet-friendly and (for humans!) a tasty breakfast buffet is included.
Our room was small but we had booked the cheaper option and it was only for one night, so it was perfect for us.
Parking is free on-site. (Not to be assumed in Europe!)
This does not pretend to be a luxury hotel. But it’s clean and tidy and excellent value for money.”

The only thing missing in the room was a minibar. Other than that it was amazingly clean, well maintained and had plenty of space for bikes and cars.

“This was such a wonderful, cozy place! Excellent location in a quiet spot and close to a bus stop for quick/easy access to other areas/towns. Mirjam was very responsive to questions and has thoughtfully stocked the apartment with everything you might need as a traveler. The washer+dryer was also a huge help for us midway through our trip.
